Real estate developer Eika officially launches the management of the new project Tiltas-12, based on the contract with SEB group company Litectus. It is the first project management contract in Lithuania entered into by the real estate development company and bank-owned asset management company. After signing the contract, in the near future Eika will begin to renovate and restore the building in the antique eclectic style of the end of the 19th century – beginning of the 20th century at Tilto Street in the historic Old Town of Vilnius.

In 2014 EIKA group sold 185 apartments of new construction in Vilnius and signed 105 preliminary contracts for the sale of housing. Compared with 2013, the company's sales of new apartments increased by 27%.

After 21 years of the general management Robertas Dargis, founder of EIKA group, assigned his son Domas Dargis as CEO.

Eika Group closed a sale contract of Hyper NORFA shopping centre opened in April this year. The shopping centre in Pilaitė, Vilnius, was sold to a foreign investor.

On April 16, one of the largest shopping centres was opened in Pilaitė. It hosts Hyper NORFA and smaller specialty stores and service providers. The shopping centre area is ​​5,000 square meters.

Eika presented scholarships for the students of Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.

SEB Bank provided a loan of 11 million litas to Eika group of companies for the development of real estate projects in Vilnius.

In 2013, EIKA group of companies sold 166 new flats in Vilnius and signed 62 preliminary housing sales contracts.

New-type semi-detached houses “Meta” of the project “Santariskių namai” with renewing solar energy won a gold medal in the competition “Lithuanian Product of the Year 2012”. 

On December 18, the framework agreement on the operation of Kėdainiai Free Economic Zone (FEZ) was signed.
