EIKA Group, together with UAB Etapas Group and its partners, has completed the acquisition of a plot of land located at Seinų g. 4 and the project planned there (from UAB PPI Group). The construction of the residential apartment project and the sale of apartments will start shortly. It is planned to invest 41.3 million euros in the complex of the prestigious class, and by the end of 2027 it is intended to build 175 housing units and 7 commercial premises.
Construction of the prestigious residential complex Senamiesčio sodai will soon start on a 1.1 ha site next to Vilnius Train and Bus Station. The A++ energy class project will be developed in two phases. Phase I will consist of seven blocks of 2- and 4-storey houses, with a total of 83 apartments of various layouts, ranging in size from 27 to 127 square metres. Customers will be able to purchase apartments in phase I starting from EUR 4,500 per sqm, and sales should start in early May.

Not only the location of Senamiesčio Sodai is extraordinary, but also the spaces designed for living. In addition to standard apartments, the project will offer exclusive apartments on the upper floors with a panoramic view of the Old Town and ceiling heights up to 5 metres. For those who want more space and even more privacy, a type of housing rarely found in the projects – townhouses – is planned here. These are two-storey spaces of 80-100 square metres with separate entrances, terraces and panoramic windows throughout the entire height of the building.
The project also includes all the solutions necessary for modern urban living. For the convenience of the residents, there will be underground parking, bicycle storage, a fenced area for security, CCTV cameras and access control. The apartments will have underfloor heating, balconies and terraces of various sizes.

Senamiesčio sodai is the fourth residential project being developed by Eika Development Fund, managed by UAB Eika Asset Management. The construction works of the project will be entrusted to UAB Mana ranga, the project managers will be UAB Eika Development and UAB Etapas Group.
