Real estate developer EIKA borrowed an additional 12.8m LTL from the largest bank in Lithuania SEB to finance the completion of the projects “Baltijos verslo centras” in Klaipėda and „Park Residence“ in Vilnius and an overdraft facility. In addition, SEB extended the term of the EIKA short term loans for 1 year.
Baltijos verslo centras in Klaipėda (12A Batijos ave.) will have 2030 sq. meters fon offer. One third of the business centre will be fitted as retail premises, the remaining space will be used for offices.
Residential project „Park residence“ is being built in K.Donelaičio st, in Vilnius, close to Vingis park.15 apartments will be constructed, comprising a total area of 1509 sq. meters.
